PERSISTENT SETUP
In the context of software, “persistence” means that programs “remember” their settings. The program saves and remembers the last setup automatically when it closes. This data is saved to the dxf2sv.cfg file. It uses a standard ASCII format and can be loaded into Notepad for viewing. When you load the program again, you will see the same data on the screen that was present when you last used the program.
The dxf2sv2.cfg file is used by the program to determine if the program is being used the first time on a new system. This allows the program to determinewhen to suggest an installation of the hardware key device driver if no key was found.
